Haley is an expert on Customer Service and is the Receptionist at OPEN. Prior to working at OPEN, Haley worked for Ingeus, a back to work provider helping unemployed people in Edinburgh and around the world find lasting employment.

Haley started her career at Moness Country Club as a Receptionist, where she completed her SVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration. After enjoying three great years with the company Haley decided her interests lied in Edinburgh and relocated in 2010.

Since moving to Edinburgh Haley has been awarded with Outstanding Public Relations by Leading Hotels of the World and has continued her career development within Reception and Customer Service roles. With an appreciation of architecture and landscape Haley is greatly enjoying being part of the team and learning more each day about the many projects at OPEN.
